Join Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas to learn about laws surrounding heirs’ properties and how they impact property ownership and inheritance. Plus you’ll receive an overview of homestead exemptions
In addition, you will have the opportunity to apply for other services provided by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.
You may qualify for Legal Aid services if you are:
- Low-income individual or family
- Have a civil legal matter (no criminal or personal injury case)
- U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents, or qualifying immigrants (U Visa, T Visa, VAWA)
- Reside in or have a case in a county served by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas
- Receive: SNAP, Medicaid, Public/Subsidized Housing, SSI, or WIC
