No parent should have to choose between covering the cost of the electric bill and putting gifts under the tree. That’s why Metrocrest Services hosts its holiday store annually. From Saturday, December 11, to Monday, December 20, 2021, 831 parents visited the holiday store to shop for gifts, helping brighten the holidays for 2,304 local children in need.
“Metrocrest Services prides itself on serving our neighbors with dignity and respect,” said CEO Tracy Eubanks. “The holiday store allows parents to pick the perfect presents for their children without worrying about the cost. They get to be their children’s heroes for the holidays.”
In addition to providing presents to children, over 800 people received winter coats and 88 seniors living on limited incomes received a warm holiday greeting card and Walmart Gift Card. Click here to view photos from the 2021 Holiday Program.
