Homeless Outreach
Homeless outreach volunteers work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness by meeting people where they are and developing relationships. Volunteers canvass the Metrocrest Service area in teams of at least two up to three times a week. During that time, they work with agency staff to identify people living outside and connect them with relevant community resources. Prospective volunteers must pass a background check and commit to completing all necessary training.

Senior Services: Home-delivered meals
Provide hot meals and wellness checks to homebound seniors. Volunteers pick up meals from the Metrocrest Services office and deliver them to clients’ homes using a predesignated route. Volunteers must pass a background check and have a safe, reliable vehicle to use during each shift.
