Manager of Community Partnerships

Full-Time Position
The Manager of Community Partnerships is an integral member of Metrocrest Services’ leadership team and will work with organizations and individuals, forging relationships which lead to onsite services and education, strong referral partnerships, volunteering, fundraising opportunities, and other connections that ultimately benefit those who we serve. The Manager of Community Partnerships will embrace and champion our Core Values and will lead with a Servant’s Heart. They are humble, hungry, and smart, and they consistently demonstrate leadership of self and others. The Manager of Community Partnerships is expected to have a growth-mindset and the desire and ability to develop others.

Resale Driver/Porter

Full-Time Position
At Metrocrest Services Resale Store, we are passionate about our team members, customers, and those we serve. The Resale Driver/Porter is often the "face of Metrocrest," interacting with donors and customers in homes, in the store, and while driving the Metrocrest delivery truck. The Driver/Porter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in all contact with customers and donors. The Resale Driver will operate the assigned truck as required in a safe and responsible manner, assist with loading and moving furniture, and will oversee volunteers as needed.

Case Manager (Bilingual)

Full-Time Position
We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to provide a comprehensive assessment of clients requesting social service assistance. They will interview clients to identify challenges, provide financial coaching, and assess needs. The position requires advocacy and collaboration with clients, service providers, and agencies. The Bilingual Case Manager designs, recommends, implements, and evaluates strategies that help move families out of poverty using a bundled approach (Working Family Success) and engages, monitors, and coaches clients using techniques that will lead to the client’s financial success.

AmeriCorps serves here

AmeriCorps service members serve a minimum of 450 hours over a four-month period (an average of 35 hours per week). Members receive a $4,500 living stipend, paid in twice-monthly direct deposit installments. Members also receive an education award of $1,718.25 directly deposited after successful completion of the term.

AmeriCorps service member applicants must meet all of the following criteria in order to be eligible to apply:

  • 17 years or older
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Deferred Action or Temporary Permanent Resident does not qualify)
  • Commitment to serve the community
