Please join us in welcoming the newest member of our team, Director of Human Resources Amy Swaim. Amy, a long-time Metrocrest Services volunteer, has 5 years of experience working as a Human Resources professional and 25 years of experience in local government, 11 of which were spent at the City of Coppell. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and volunteering.

As Director of Human Resources, Amy is looking forward to innovating the strong HR foundations currently in place; developing meaningful relationships with employees and volunteers; and working with staff to design an overall employee experience strategy. She believes in human potential, capacity, and helping people become the best version of themselves. We are so excited Amy has chosen to join our team as we embark on the next chapter in Metrocrest Services’ history.
