Join Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas to learn what it means to get a criminal record expunged and how this happens.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to apply for other services provided by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.
You may qualify for Legal Aid services if you are:
- Low-income individual or family
- Have a civil legal matter (no criminal or personal injury case)
- U.S. Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents, or qualifying immigrants (U Visa, T Visa, VAWA)
- Reside in or have a case in a county served by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas
- Receive: SNAP, Medicaid, Public/Subsidized Housing, SSI, or WIC
