Hosting a donation drive is the perfect way to partner with Metrocrest Services. Gather your corporation, community organization, church, family, and friends to coordinate and collect items for Metrocrest Services. We have a variety of donation drive needs throughout the year.

How to set up a donation drive

Metrocrest Services has made hosting a drive as simple as 1-2-3!

1. Sign up

Complete the Host a Drive form below to let our staff know about your drive.

2. Tell everyone

Publicize the drive using fliers from our Donation Drive Guide and distribute this information to participants.

3. Arrange drop-off

Appointments are not required for donation drop-off. Donation drop-off hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Call 469.317.2556 or email pantrymanager@metrocrestervices.org with any questions.

You can pick up boxes M-F 8:30 am-4:30 pm in our Welcome Lobby.
When a team member reaches out to confirm your donation drive, please let them know when you plan to pick up your boxes.

Will you be able to drop the donations off when the drive is over, or will you need pick up? Our goal is to pick up all donations within 7 days of your drive being completed. *

I still have questions

We accept nonperishable food that has not expired. We also accept hygiene and household items. No glass, please.

Yes, volunteers and staff will be available in the pantry to help you unload your vehicle.

At this time, our resources are limited for pickups. Please call 469.317.2556 or email pantrymanager@metrocrestservices.org if you have conducted a substantial donation drive that you cannot drop off yourself. Pickups are subject to availability.

Donation drop-off information

Donation drop-off location:
1145 N. Josey Ln.
Carrollton, TX 75006

Donations will be accepted:
Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please DO NOT leave donations outside of these designated hours.

Drop-Off Instructions:
You can drop off items at the Aaron & Jen Augustine Donation Drop-Off door (located to the right of the Pantry entrance). Push the red button, and a volunteer or staff member will come to take your donations.
