These partnerships make it easier for our community to access the resources and opportunities they need, right here in our community
If you live in Carrollton, Addison, Farmers Branch, Coppell, or the city of Dallas (75287) in Denton County, you may be eligible to work with one of our complementary partners right here at Metrocrest Services.
A North Texas Food Bank Representative is on-site Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4 PM to assist you with Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) applications and to answer any questions you might have about your SNAP benefits.
A Children’s Health representative is on-site Tuesdays, from 9 AM – 3 PM, and Thursdays, from 9 AM – 1 PM, to assist you with Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) and Medicaid applications and answer any questions you might have about the programs.

We’ve partnered with Woven Healthcare to host pop-up health clinics at Metrocrest Services. If you’re interested in getting a check-up, click here to complete an interest form.
Are you or a loved one struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or other mental illness symptoms? Metrocrest Services has partnered with Metrocare to offer mental health resources onsite. Appointments are available Monday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
