Important information
- If your group has 4 or more people, please fill out the Group Request Form.
Groups of 3 or fewer should sign up using our Individual Volunteer Application. - Group scheduling is not automated. Our Volunteer Manager reviews requests in the order they are received. After you submit your form, we’ll email you an update within 5 business days.
- To help us create the best experience for your team, we ask that you submit your request at least 3 weeks before your preferred volunteer date(s).
- For the best experience, we recommend keeping group sizes to 6 or fewer.
Large Group Notice
- Groups of 7 to 14 people may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and agency needs.
- If your group includes more than 14 people, we kindly ask that you split into smaller shifts. These shifts may occur at different times, on different days, or at different locations, based on what the agency can support.
- If you’re looking for a volunteer opportunity where 15 or more people can serve together, we recommend reaching out to our partners at the North Texas Food Bank to explore options that may better fit your group’s size.
