On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Metrocrest Resale will launch a new, fully digital loyalty program through Square that rewards our most loyal shoppers more generously, more frequently, and with greater flexibility than our previous program.

Metrocrest Resale, furthering the mission of Metrocrest Services, is a local shop specializing in name-brand boutique clothing, housewares, and home furnishings. You’ll find 60% – 80% savings, specialty store pricing, and diverse merchandise. All proceeds support Metrocrest Services.

We’ve made quite a few modifications to the NEW Loyalty Rewards Program to help ensure you’re rewarded for the dollars you spend, not just the number of visits you make. Take a look at the chart below to see what’s different.

Frequently Asked Questions

We encourage you to use your Frequent Buyer Points by Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Any unused points will automatically transfer to our new Loyalty Rewards Program.
Each remaining point will convert to 10 points in the new program, so every 5 unused points becomes a $10 reward.

Yes, but we make it easy to use them in time! As a valued Metrocrest Resale customer, we want you to enjoy every reward you earn.

  • Standard loyalty rewards are valid for six months from the date they’re earned.
    If a reward is approaching its expiration date, we’ll send you an email reminder so you don’t miss out.
  • Birthday bonus rewards are valid through the end of your birthday month each year.

We encourage you to redeem your rewards before they expire so you can get the most value from your loyalty!

To redeem your Birthday Bonus Reward, simply present a valid photo ID to the sales associate at checkout to verify your birthday.

For your privacy, we only store your birth month and day—no year or additional personal information is saved in our system.

Accepted forms of valid photo ID include:

  • State-issued driver’s license or ID card
  • Passport
  • U.S. military ID card
  • Permanent resident card or tribal ID card

That’s it! Once verified, you can enjoy your $10 birthday reward during your birthday month.

To receive text messages from Metrocrest Services, you must opt in when filling out your loyalty rewards account.

To comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Square requires prior express written consent from every customer who enrolls in your loyalty program. This is done when a customer enters their phone number and click to join your loyalty program after reading the SMS and marketing disclosure provided.
