Every post that you share and email you send from now through Thursday, September 22, 2022, will help us reach our goal of raising $150,000 on North Texas Giving Day.

Here are three ways you can help Metrocrest Services with our goal of raising $150,000 on North Texas Giving Day. We’ve provided sample content for each option to set you up for success!

1) Set up a fundraiser

By creating a fundraising page for Metrocrest Services and sharing the link with your family, friends, and co-workers, you can help Metrocrest Services reach our goal of raising $150,000 on North Texas Giving Day to help our neighbors in need.

2) Email your network

Help spread the word about supporting Metrocrest Services on North Texas Giving Day by emailing your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. Below is a sample email for you to use. Feel free to customize as you see fit!

I found my passion for serving my community at Metrocrest Services, now I invite you to find yours! Since 1971, Metrocrest Services has provided hope and relief to those who need a helping hand. They offer a comprehensive bundle of services to address gaps in finances, employment, and nutrition to help end poverty. Services provided include rent and utility assistance, a food pantry, financial and job coaching, senior services, and more. They can only do this with our community’s support.

Metrocrest Services is participating in this year’s North Texas Giving Day, an 18-hour community-wide giving event designed to empower every person to give back to their community. While the “official” giving event is on Thursday, September 22, you can schedule your gift today. Every $1 donated will help them reach their goal of raising $150,000 on North Texas Giving Day to help our neighbors in need. For example, their food pantry provides fresh, nutritious food and hygiene items to about 900 families every week. A donation of $25 will create 150 healthy meals!
