Ashley Owen Brundage, MSSW, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, committed to building a better Dallas through the transformative power of affordable homeownership. Throughout her career, she has built partnerships, advanced innovative housing solutions, and championed systems-level change to address poverty and homelessness across North Texas. Chris Clark, CPA, Managing Partner of the DFW Practice Unit at FORVIS Mazars, brings decades of leadership experience in financial management, strategic planning, and governance. In addition to overseeing teams across multiple North Texas offices, Chris has served numerous nonprofit organizations through board leadership roles. Dr. Sunita Koshy-Nesbitt, M.D., M.B.A., serves as the chief medical and quality officer for the Texas Health Physicians Group at Texas Health Resources, as well as the chief quality officer of the Hospital Channel at Texas Health Resources. A physician leader with extensive experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, and population health, she has spent her career improving outcomes for individuals and families by addressing the social determinants of health. Paul Mayer, Dallas College Trustee

Paul Mayer has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Garland Chamber of Commerce since 1989 and currently serves as a trustee for Dallas College. His decades of leadership in workforce development, economic growth, and educational partnerships have helped create opportunities for thousands of North Texans. His expertise in connecting individuals to meaningful career pathways and strengthening local economies will support Metrocrest Services’ workforce initiatives. View Bio

Fiffanie Rice Fifth Third Bank

Tiffanie Rice, MSOD, CDP, serves as Vice President and Regional External Affairs Manager at Fifth Third Bank, where she leads initiatives focused on community engagement, workforce development, financial access, philanthropy, and small business support. A passionate advocate for economic mobility and inclusive growth, she is known for building partnerships that connect people with resources and opportunities.
